Quest Answering Service is a family owned and operated business, founded by Leigh and Lyn Hall in 1997. Since the beginning, they have worked with all sizes of businesses, providing exceptional and caring client services.
Leigh is a licensed Funeral Director in the Province of Ontario and a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Management. He has owned and managed various funeral homes for over 30 years. Lyn’s experience in managing a large telecommunication center for Chedoke McMaster Hospitals coupled with Leigh’s knowledge has provided an excellent base for the answering and messaging industry. Sons, Jeremy and Kristopher joined the business from its conception and their daughter-in-law Julie is also a member of the team.
Each customer service agent is selected for their unique abilities that they bring to Quest Answering Service. Customer service agents spend several weeks being trained as well as being involved in ongoing training.
Staff and management work on the telephone on a regular basis. The most important job we have is answering the telephone for our clients in a professional manner, keeping their reputation in mind. When an emergency drives up the call volume, we can call upon every member of our staff to assist.
